The 2010 Greene County Fair is now on! Schedule runs August 1-7, 2010. We offer a wide variety of events including Auctions, Hog Shows, Fund Raisers, Trade Shows, Banquets, Monte Carlo Night, Old Timer's Meetings, a Gem and Jewelry Show, and More!

2010 GREENE COUNTY TICKET PRICES AND INFORMATION |
2010 Membership Ticket: $25
Last day to purchase 2010 membership is Sat. July 31, 2010.
Daily Gate Admission: $5
Gate admission charged from 8am until closing each day Sunday August 1 thru Saturday Ausust 7, 2010.
Children 9 and under are admitted free with a paying adult.
Season Ticket: $30
Mini Exhibitor Ticket: $15
Junior Exhibitor Ticket: $10
Reserve Parking: $40
All 4-H & FFA members who enter open class in any or all of 2nd, 7th & 8th Dept. must pay entry fee of $10
Camping: $175
NOTE: Gate ticket prices DO NOT include ride tickets.
RIDES
Rides will not be open on Sunday, August 1.
On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday August 2nd, 3th, and 4th, rides will open at 4 p.m. Wristbands for unlimited rides will be $15.00. Without a wristband, rides will be priced individually.
Thursday, August 5th will be Kids Day. From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., wristbands will be $12.00. After 5 p.m. until closing, wristbands will be $15.00. Without a wristband, rides will be priced individually.
Friday, August 6th is 4-H/FFA Discount Day. From 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. 4-H and FFA members ONLY can purchase wristbands for $9.00. You must show a current 2010 4-H/FFA fair ID in order to be eligible for this special pricing. For any other individual who does not hold a valid 4-H/FFA ID, wristbands will cost $15.00. Without a wristband, rides will be priced individually.
On Saturday, August 7th, rides will open at 1 p.m. Wristbands will be $15.00. Without a wristband, rides will be priced individually.
NOTICE to ALL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS (large and small animals) Please note that it is your responsibility to carry liability insurance on your animals exhibited at the Greene County Fair in the event that they were to bite, kick, or in some way injure a person attending the fair. Please make sure your insurance agent will add to your homeowner's policy for the week of the fair. If an accident does happen, contact one of the Fair Board Director's in charge of the barn in which the accident occurred.

Please note: All persons attending the auction must park in the lot adjacent to the fairgrounds unless Reserved Park Pass is purchased through the Fair Office. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed owners expense.

SOLICITATIONS:
No person shall be permitted to make solicitations of any nature on the Greene County Fairgrounds except within a contracted concession or commercial rented booth space from a director in charge at the Greene County Fair. Anyone renting a booth space must stay within the confinds of their rented space and not interfere with their fair patrons either coming into or going out of the fair gates or on the fair property.
No persons shall be permitted to post or display signs, distribute handbills or advertising material or sell or distribute free, any merchandise, except persons under contract with the Greene County Agricultural Society Board of Directors. Each person under contract for the 2010 Greene County Fair must operate under the Rules and Regulations of the Greene County Agricultural Society Board of Directors. No persons shall misrepresent themselves for any reason.
